LIMERICK TO HOST FIRST EVER CIVIL PARTNERSHIP / GAY WEDDING SHOW

Ireland recently celebrated the first anniversary of The Civil Partnership Act, now one year on and over a thousand ceremonies later, Limerick City is to host the first ever Gay Wedding/Civil Partnership Show in Ireland . The Absolute Hotel and Spa Limerick will be the first venue to host what promises to be a spectacular event organised by GayWeddingsIreland.ie and Enchanted Occasions on February 26th from 2-6pm . This free event will provide advice on every aspect of Civil Ceremonies/Gay Weddings, from the etiquette in the Registry Office to the decor of the function rooms and everything in between. The show will include bubbly and canapés on arrival, live music, vendors from all wedding services (supplied by Gay Weddings Ireland), a mock civil ceremony, fashion shows, food tasting, magicians, caricaturists, Vegas casino table, creative displays by Enchanted Occasions, expert advice from Weddings by Franc and Enchanted Occasions, plus everything you need to know about civil partners

Operation Transformation Menu every Thursday at the Absolute Hotel and Spa

In support of Operation Transformation’s Kayleigh Yeoman, the Absolute Hotel & Spa are going to offer Dr. Eva’s dinner every Thursday from 6pm at the Riverbank Bar & Restaurant. Inspirational Limerick student Kayleigh took a huge step in the path to her ideal weight as the youngest ever Operation Transformation leader. Kayleigh’s motivational story has been encouraging people all over Limerick to eat more healthily and the Absolute Hotel is trying to motivate people to be a part of this. Last summer she was involved in a serious crash leaving her with injuries so serious that she could no longer play hockey, the sport she loved. However the Limerick lady is back with a bang returning to hockey training this week. Kayleigh aged just 18 has already lost 1st 1.5lbs. The staff at the Absolute Hotel & Spa wish Kayleigh the very best of luck in her recovery and on Operation Transformation.
