In support of Operation Transformation’s Kayleigh Yeoman, the Absolute Hotel & Spa are going to offer Dr. Eva’s dinner every Thursday from 6pm at the Riverbank Bar & Restaurant. Inspirational Limerick student Kayleigh took a huge step in the path to her ideal weight as the youngest ever Operation Transformation leader. Kayleigh’s motivational story has been encouraging people all over Limerick to eat more healthily and the Absolute Hotel is trying to motivate people to be a part of this. Last summer she was involved in a serious crash leaving her with injuries so serious that she could no longer play hockey, the sport she loved. However the Limerick lady is back with a bang returning to hockey training this week. Kayleigh aged just 18 has already lost 1st 1.5lbs.
