This pancake Tuesday the Absolute Hotel wants you to get involved.  Located on the first floor of the Absolute Hotel you will find the Absolute Bar & Grill.  Local produce, river views and made to order dishes are just some of the details expected when dinning, but this pancake Tuesday you can expect to enjoy your own pancake creation. Choose a Savoury or sweet pancake along with the toppings of your choosing.  From Limerick ham on a savoury pancake or a classic sweet pancake with lemon and sugar the choice is yours. This year the Absolute Hotel would like to welcome you to the exclusive wedding afternoon.  this will take place on Sunday 26 th February 2017 between 2.00pm - 4.00pm. On the day you will have the opportunity to view the ‘Boutique wedding venue of the year 2016’ as quoted by Brides of Limerick.  Canapés & cocktails will be a plenty, onsite wedding coordinator to speak you through your day.
