Located on the first floor of the Absolute Hotel you will find the Absolute Bar & Grill.  Local produce, river views and made to order dishes are just some of the details expected when dinning, but this pancake Tuesday you can expect to enjoy your own pancake creation.
Choose a Savoury or sweet pancake along with the toppings of your choosing.  From Limerick ham on a savoury pancake or a classic sweet pancake with lemon and sugar the choice is yours.
Pancakes are available between 12.30pm – 5.00pm with lunch service and are priced from €5 per person.
