KINGS ISLAND CONSCIOUS CUP PROJECT



Team Absolute has themed up with Limerick City & County council as part of Kings Island conscious cup project.


This project is to highlight the use of reusable cups, as disposable cups are not yet recyclable. It is estimated 500 billion take away coffee cups are used in one year, that’s one million cups a minute, every hour of every day of each year. In Ireland it is estimated we dispose of 200 million of these non- recyclable cups annually.

In an effort to help we are giving a €0.20c discount on tea & coffee to those that bring their own reusable cup.

All you have to do is come to Harry’s on the River and present your cup to receive this discount.

LIMERICK TO HOST FIRST EVER CIVIL PARTNERSHIP / GAY WEDDING SHOW

Ireland recently celebrated the first anniversary of The Civil Partnership Act, now one year on and over a thousand ceremonies later, Limerick City is to host the first ever Gay Wedding/Civil Partnership Show in Ireland .
